Electronic Pulse Ignition
It produces high voltage ignition pulses to form stable sparks between the ignition electrode and burner. With output voltage ≥16 kV and 50 Hz discharge frequency, it maintains dependable ignition under harsh industrial operating conditions. Applicable to gas burners, infrared burner assemblies, industrial ovens, bakery ovens and drying equipment.

Automatic Re-ignition & Flame-Out Protection
If the flame cuts out during operation, the controller will trigger the re-ignition sequence automatically. Should re-ignition fail within the preset time window, it will close the gas solenoid valve to halt gas supply and trigger alarm output. The built-in flame monitoring and gas interlock function offers robust gas safety control for continuous heating processes.
Gas Burner Pulse Ignition Controller Ion Flame Detection
An onboard ion-sensing circuit tracks flame status via the flame detection electrode. The flame feedback current ranges from 0~20 μA. Based on the received signal, the unit judges flame presence and runs corresponding ignition or safety protection logic, ideal for gas burners requiring solid flame supervision.
High Voltage Spark Output
