Our vegetable oil burner igniter is a high voltage electronic ignition component for systems running on vegetable oil and other compatible oil based fuels. Operating on 12 V DC input,12 KV output at 28 W, producing stable electric arcs across high temperature ignition wires for atomized fuel ignition. As an electronic ignition transformer, it fits for integration within automated and semi automated burner assemblies for equipment manufacturers.

Vegetable Oil Burner Igniter Key Features
This 12 V DC igniter is built for vegetable oil and waste oil burner systems. Running on 12 V DC input, it removes the need for additional power conversion hardware inside compact or portable burner assemblies. It steps up input voltage to approximately 12 kV, generating consistent electric arcs for atomized high viscosity oil fuels. At 28 W rated power, the unit delivers sufficient ignition energy tailored to oil fired burner applications. Real world ignition results vary with fuel properties, atomization quality, electrode gap, burner construction, airflow and on site installation conditions.
A fixed 15 second ignition timing is integrated to fit standard burner startup workflows. System designers must configure the host burner control circuit according to actual operating logic and applicable safety requirements. The igniter comes fitted with standard 200 mm black high temperature flame retardant output wires, built to withstand elevated temperatures near the burner. These wires connect directly to ignition electrodes, and custom wire lengths are supported for OEM orders.

Designed for Vegetable Oil Burner Ignition
A vegetable oil burner igniter needs to work together with the burner’s fuel delivery and atomization system. Vegetable oil and other higher-viscosity oil fuels may require appropriate heating, atomization, airflow, and burner design before ignition.
This 12V electronic igniter provides the high-voltage electrical arc required at the ignition electrodes. It is therefore suitable for burner manufacturers and equipment integrators looking for a compact oil burner ignition transformer for vegetable-oil-based fuel systems.
Typical applications include: Vegetable oil burners, Vegetable oil stoves, Biofuel burner systems, Oil-fired heating equipment, Commercial oil-fuel cooking equipment, Customized oil burner assemblies, Burner ignition systems, OEM fuel-burning equipment.

Vegetable Oil Burner Igniter FAQ
Can it ignite vegetable oil directly?
The igniter provides the high-voltage spark required for ignition. Actual burner performance also depends on fuel atomization, fuel temperature, airflow, electrode position, spark gap, and the overall burner design. Vegetable oil should be properly prepared and atomized by the burner system before ignition.
Is this an ignition transformer or an igniter?
It can be described as both an oil burner igniter and an ignition transformer because its primary function is to convert the low-voltage input into a high-voltage ignition output for the burner electrodes.
Important Application Note
This igniter is a high-voltage ignition component and should be integrated into a properly designed burner ignition and control system. The complete burner system should include appropriate fuel delivery, atomization, airflow, flame detection, electrical protection, and safety controls according to the equipment design and applicable regulations.
