Single Flame Thrower Kit Installation Overview

Mount the spark plug-drill a hole 8–10 inches from the exhaust tip (8″ for motorcycles, 10″ for cars), weld or install the bung nut, then thread the spark plug in firmly.

Route the wiring– cut the 12V wire to the ignition coil(s) in half and extend both ends with the supplied 16 AWG wire to the push button’s top and bottom terminals, keeping it away from heat sources and moving parts.

Mount the control module– place it within 4 feet of the exhaust tip in a dry, protected spot, connect the spark plug cable, and ground the black wire to the chassis.

Install the push button-mount the 3-pole momentary button on a flat panel within easy reach of the driver’s seat, or a spot reachable while seated on the bike.
