Applications

Electrostatic Spraying
Electrostatic spraying charges liquid droplets during the spraying process. Once charged, the droplets are attracted to the target surface by the electrostatic field, wrapping around edges and covering hard-to-reach areas more effectively than conventional spraying. This results in more uniform coverage, less waste, and better adhesion.

How It Works
The generator converts the input power into a high-voltage output connected to the sprayer’s charging electrode. As liquid droplets pass through the charging zone, they pick up an electrical charge. The charged droplets are then drawn toward the grounded target surface by electrostatic attraction, producing uniform coverage with minimal overspray.
