Suitable for Diesel & Gasoline Fuel-Fired Heating Systems
Built for heating hardware that runs on atomized fuel, this ignition module works with diesel and gasoline-burning heater assemblies.
Actual fit depends on your heater’s combustion chamber layout, electrode setup, control logic and electrical specifications. Always verify compatibility against your full system design.
Compact Ignition Solution for Parking Heaters
With a small footprint, this parking heater igniter fits tight installation spaces common inside vehicle heating units.
The 24 V DC input aligns perfectly with commercial-vehicle power networks and other 24-volt powered heating equipment.
We supply this ignition unit as an OEM part for manufacturers and system integrators building fuel-fired vehicle heating hardware.

How Does a Car Heater Igniter Work?
The basic ignition process is:
24V DC Input → High-Voltage Conversion → Approximately 20kV Output → Ignition Electrode → Spark → Fuel-Air Ignition
When the heater control system activates the ignition circuit, the module converts the 24V DC input into high voltage. The high-voltage output is connected to the ignition electrodes, creating a spark across the specified ignition gap.
The spark ignites the fuel-air mixture inside the combustion chamber, allowing the fuel heater to establish combustion and generate heat.
