High Voltage Ignition Module Feature.
This is a 3.7V battery powered high voltage ignition module that puts out 7kV.
It’s built as a small cylindrical unit just Ø14 mm by 40.8 mm.So it can drop straight into compact ignition assemblies without needing a separate driver board.
Jiangsu Tianwang Solar Technology Co., Ltd. has been making high voltage ignition components for years. If you’re evaluating this part for a new product, our engineering team can walk you through the electrical details before you commit.

What You Get
Runs straight off a 3.7V battery.
No external driver board required. Wire it to a compatible 3.7V DC supply and it works. Just make sure your battery can handle the operating current details below.
7kV output ±10%.
That’s the rated spark voltage. Real-world ignition performance depends on your electrode gap, wiring, load and environment, so we always recommend bench-testing before production.
Tiny footprint.
At Ø14 × 40.8 mm, this miniature ignition transformer is made for tight spaces—handheld igniters, portable burners, small OEM devices where board real estate is limited.
Fixed input. No adjustment.
Input is 3.7V DC only. It’s not tunable, so design your power supply around that spec rather than expecting to trim it later.

Product Application
This battery powered igniter shows up in battery-operated ignition equipment, compact ignition assemblies on a 3.7V rail, and OEM products that need a small high-voltage module rather than a full power supply.
Whether it fits your device comes down to ignition energy, electrode layout, current draw, ambient temperature and safety standards. Tell us what you’re building and we’ll tell you straight. This module isn’t a lab part—it’s built to drop into products that need a real spark on demand. In practice, customers use it for:Portable gas torches and camping stoves. Standalone ignition for small burners and heaters.

FAQ:
Q: How does this product work?
A:Just connect it directly to a battery. No extra driver board or external circuitry needed.
Q.Can you make it 5V instead of 3.7V? Or a different output voltage?
The 3.7V input and 7kV output are fixed on this standard model. If you need 5V, 12V input, or a different output (say 15kV for a larger gap), that’s a custom build. We do OEM/ODM runs minimum order quantities and lead times depend on the spec, so bring us the requirements and we’ll quote it.
3.How often does it spark? Can I set the frequency?
It runs at a fixed spark rate determined by the onboard circuit. We don’t offer adjustable-frequency versions on this model. If your product needs a specific pulse rate, talk to our engineering team—we can check whether a custom variant makes sense.
